She is Society is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Texas.
She is Society exists to close the discipleship gap in the Church. Studies show that fewer than 5% of U.S. churches operate with a disciple-making culture, and only 9% of Christian women feel equipped to disciple others.
We create intentional spaces where women encounter God’s Word, grow in unity through worship, and develop as leaders in action, so they can lead, teach, and serve with confidence in their churches, homes, and communities.
Our Called Collective framework, Connect, Equip, Impact, creates a clear, Spirit-led pathway for women to grow through gatherings, discipleship, and community service, activating them as leaders in their homes, churches, and neighborhoods.

OUR CORE VALUES
When Edith Rodriguez realized she lacked a space to deepen her faith alongside other women, she decided to create it by organizing retreats that invited women from all walks of life to gather, share experiences, and encourage one another in their spiritual journeys.
Those early gatherings laid the foundation for She is Society’s core mission: fostering real connection, Christ-centered discipleship, and leadership development among women. What began as a single retreat has now grown into a vibrant community of more than 2,000 women who participate in socials, retreats, conferences, Bible studies, and challenges.
As She is Society evolved, so did our mission. We recognized that while women were hungry for authentic faith, purpose, and community, many churches lacked the capacity to walk with every woman one-on-one. To bridge this discipleship gap, we developed the Called Collective framework, Connect, Equip, Impact, providing structured mentorship, Bible-based leadership development, and hands-on service opportunities.
Today, She is Society partners with local churches to extend their discipleship capacity, empowering women to lead, teach, and serve with confidence in their churches, homes, and communities.
